1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Hocico Coach ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Acceptance is requested and recorded when you create your account. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

3. Description of Service
Hocico Coach is a digital dog training platform that provides personalized 12-week training programs, daily session plans, and evidence-based guidance for dog owners. Our service is delivered entirely online.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, Payment and Billing
5.1 Plans and Prices
We offer subscription plans (billed monthly or annually) and a one-time lifetime purchase. The applicable price, billing period, and any discounts are always displayed at checkout before you pay. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
5.3 Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
5.4 Price Changes
If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
6.1 Immediate Access and Loss of the Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. However, when you purchase access to Hocico Coach, the full digital content of your training program is made available to you immediately after payment. By completing the purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103.m of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This request and acknowledgment are collected through a checkbox on the payment page before you pay.
6.2 Refunds
As a result, payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
6.3 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law if the service is defective, does not conform to its description, or is not supplied.
7. Use of the Service
7.1 Permitted Use
- Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- You may not reproduce or distribute our training content without permission
7.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for:
- Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws
- Unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Distribution of malware or harmful code
- Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our service
8. Training Content
8.1 Nature of Content
- We strive to provide evidence-based, force-free training guidance
- Training outcomes vary depending on the individual dog, owner, and consistency of practice
- Our content does not replace professional veterinary or certified behavioral advice
- Always consult a qualified professional for serious behavioral or health concerns
8.2 Intellectual Property
All training programs, session content, illustrations, and materials on this platform are the exclusive property of Hocico Coach and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.
9. User Data and Training Plans
Your personalized training plan is generated based on information you voluntarily provide about your dog. You retain ownership of your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee specific training results. Dog training outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. This disclaimer does not limit any statutory conformity rights you have as a consumer.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hocico Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from intent or gross negligence.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hocico Coach harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
13.2 Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first at info@hocicocoach.com to resolve any dispute; most issues can be solved quickly this way. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you may also contact your local consumer protection authorities.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
